I think I need this! Anyone out there already have one? Is it really worth the $359/$489 pricetag? Please contribute to my Kindle fund tell me what you know about them.
I'll just continue to get my books free from the library. I usually only read a book once and I don't buy a book unless it's REALLY good. So it wouldn't be worth it to me. But if you get one be sure and post about it.
I do not really like this. I love the feel of a book in my hand and the turn of the page. I have a difficult time reading stuff on a computer screen. But I can see where it has it's draw.
I agree with Shanna. I'm all about the feel of a real book. I get enough of staring at a screen all day with the TV and computer. If I'm going to read, there will be no batteries, cords, or technology involved. Just me and paper and ink.

Color me dumb, but what is a kindle?? Now, the beach looks nice.....
